These terms apply to clinics and healthcare practices ("you") that use NeuronVitals, and to anyone using the platform's WhatsApp assistant or dashboards. By using the service, you agree to them.
NeuronVitals is a software platform that provides a WhatsApp AI assistant, appointment and follow-up tools, and a dashboard for clinic staff. It is an administrative tool.
The AI assistant handles administrative tasks such as answering questions, booking appointments and sharing links. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. Medical decisions must always be made by a qualified doctor. Any diet chart or prescription is reviewed and approved by the clinic's doctor before it is relied on.
You may not use the service to send spam, to mislead patients, to break the law, or to attempt to access other clinics' data or interfere with the platform.
The service relies on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), an AI model provider, a payment processor and hosting providers. Their availability and rules can affect the service, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
Fees for the service are as agreed with you in writing. Payments patients make to your clinic through the platform are processed by our payment provider, and refunds for those are handled by the clinic.
We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, NeuronVitals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using information from the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On ending, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
